Scope of processing of personal data

Change it! will process your personal data in a scope you agreed to while:

1. using the contact form;
2. submitting an application for a Change it! project together with subscribing to the Change it! newsletter (optional).

Change it! processes the following personal data:

1. contact form - e-mail;
2. project application form - first name, last name, e-mail, phone, date of birth, address.

Purpose of processing of personal data

The purpose of processing of personal data is:

1. contact form - to contact you back regarding to your question;
2. submitting an application for a project - to contact you regarding your application and our records; to contact you regarding the news of Change it!

The legal base to process your data is your consent to this Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (further "GDPR").

Your personal data will be processed, unless you withdraw your consent.

Withdrawal of consent to process your personal data

Your consent can be withdrawn anytime by writing an e-mail request to webmaster@change-it.cz.

In case of newsletter subscription the consent can be withdrawn using the unsubscription link, which is part of any sent newsletter.

Your personal data is accessible to the members of board of Change it!, which is assembled by the elected chariman of Change it!.

You have the right to raise an objection against processing of your personal data. The objection should be delivered to webmaster@change-it.cz.
